Just an update since my review in April! I've lost 15 pds and 28 inch's!! I'm a type 2 diabetic so this is so great for my health!! My goal is to lose 10 more and get off my meds!! Loving this product!

Empower - best energy ever. Has great appetite control too but that's not my main focus with a supplement. I have #endometriosis when it affects my energy levels SO bad. Even on bad flare up days, I can still function!
